As Senior Marketing Manager for Goodlife, you will bring the brand to life across 90 clubs, shaping how Australians discover, experience, and choose Goodlife every day. Sitting at the centre of execution, you will translate direction into campaigns that drive member growth, build brand strength, and deliver measurable commercial results. This role goes beyond campaign delivery. It is about creating momentum at scale. From new product launches to local club activity, you will connect national thinking with local execution, ensuring every touchpoint works harder to attract, convert, and retain members. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Sales, aligning activity to performance and ensuring marketing shows up where it matters most, in clubs, in communities, and in the moments that influence decision making. Key Duties & Responsibilities Execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring all activity drives member acquisition, retention, and brand growth Own the end-to-end campaign calendar, delivering integrated campaigns across club openings, refurbishments, product launches, partnerships, and tactical activity Act as brand guardian, ensuring all campaigns are consistent, on-brand, and aligned to Goodlife’s positioning Lead creative development and content production with internal teams and agency partners, from briefing through to delivery Manage agency and partner relationships, holding them accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes Oversee media planning and execution across all channels, ensuring strong alignment to strategy and commercial objectives Manage marketing and media budgets with discipline, optimising spend for maximum return on investment Deliver campaigns with pace and precision, ensuring all activity is on time, on budget, and compliant Translate national campaigns into effective local execution, partnering with clubs to drive impact in local markets Lead digital marketing execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, SEO, and lifecycle communications Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise web and app experiences, improving engagement and conversion Leverage data, insights, and attribution to continuously refine targeting, channel mix, and campaign performance Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, connecting marketing activity to member growth and commercial outcomes Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement Champion smarter ways of working, including the adoption of AI and test-and-learn approaches to drive efficiency and innovation About You You are a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn strategy into execution that delivers real, measurable impact.
